This is a scary picture. She's grinning like a Cheshire cat and he looks like he's about to shoot her. I mean Wills come on. If you've had enough dump the girl don't shoot her.  :P

I don't think it looks like William is aiming at her head, but rather slightly to the side and much higher [than her head]. As far as her looking at the camera, it's too far away to even see what she's looking at. Her face is tilted to the side, so at least to me, it doesn't seem like she's looking at the camera. Again, the last picture, it looks to me like she had her hand on her hip. The photos are too far away to say anything for sure, but I guess it's just a difference in perspective.

To me, it looks like she's making a face because of the impending sound of the shot.

Those are from 4Chelsy's photobucket, whomever this member is.  She's moved her images around too (I did that too
with mine the other day), which broke the links.
So, the Sandringham pics will have to be reposted by someone else.  I stole those from her, and I don't feel like searching
