^^^No @wannable and to be honest I believe that the public needs to be made aware that there is most definitely a need to provide a setting for students who can not learn in the typical classroom setting due to a variety of reasons. Decades ago nearly ever atypical student with physical, mental or emotional disabilities would have been segregated from their typically developing peers. Over time its been the policies have been changed to include rather than exclude most students though sometimes programs will concentrate certain groups of students at one school site in order to focus on delivering services ie: Blind students are at one high school campus which is designed to work with their life skills as well as specialized education needs. My kids' high school is the designated site to provide services to the visually impaired and its not unusual to see them off campus learning to work with their canes at street intersections.
That being said sometimes the local school and/or school district cannot provide highly specialized services to some students and an outside agency is needed to provide students with the educations that they deserve and require. So centers such as this one are truly needed to assist those who require more support and a different approach to instruction.

I'm not sure about the/your 'no'...

Anyway, this is the Kate Project; a center for the specialists, colleagues, etcetera under one roof, which she has been learning and getting said people together, plus the school within for the students whom have problems from ''mainstream'' schools that will not take them anymore.

Short video from today's visit opening this new facility that will hopefully provide a supportive, challenging and exciting place for these students and their families.

Kate Middleton Action on Addiction | PEOPLE.com

QuoteKate Middleton has helped bring the scourge of addiction and how it?s wider effect on families into the forefront.

Seven years of involvement with one of her key charities, Action on Addiction, was a ?catalyst? for her keen interest early childhood development, the royal mom has said.

Kate, 37,  is now sending out ?a really important message that addiction is not something that should be hidden away behind closed doors,? says Graham Beech, chief executive of Action on Addiction. ?The more people talk about it, the more they can find the help and get the treatment that they need.?

Kate has ?helped us to bring addiction out of the shadows and encouraged other people to rally ?round and support what we?re trying to do at a time when addiction is becoming ever more complex and growing in volume,? he adds.

The reception is an evening gala, whilst the Commonwealth service at the Westminster Abbey is at 3:00 p.m.

She may attend both events.

TLLK

Both events take place in London. The Service is not that long and there is still time to go home and prepare for the gala event in the evening.

The Duchess of Cambridges Mentally Healthy Schools initiative has become UK-wide. The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families revealed the major milestone today to correspond with the majority of children returning to school. The initiative provides a whole-school approach, including resources, curriculums and tools to help develop a positive ethos and culture ? where everyone feels that they belong.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who is patron of the prestigious charity, launched Mentally Healthy Schools in 2018, in the hope to support children struggling with their mental wellbeing in school. At the time, she pledged: The ultimate goal is that no primary school teacher, anywhere in the country, should in future have to wonder where to turn when it comes to the wellbeing of children in their care.
