TSH Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco put the black tie events of the week behind them and got into the Oktoberfest spirit yesterday, kicking off the festival in Monaco. The couple was dressed for the occasion wearing colorful Bavarian peasant costumes. They drank steins of beer from the oldest brewery in the world, Weihenstephan Abbey, toasting to health, wealth, and a year of marriage while clearly enjoying themselves. Following the toast they officially proclaimed Oktoberfest, a festival of German heritage celebrated all over the world, open. This year's event is the seventh annual to be held at the Café de Paris and will continue until October 23rd.

I too like the braid. She has pretty hair, but I'm not into the flat, no style look that she's worn lately. I prefer it styled with some sweep or adornment.
