Living or deceased. If I were to emulate any princess style it would be a mix of Princess Diana, Princess Grace, Charlotte Casiraighi, Princesses Victoria and Madeline.

I totally adore the style of Romy Schneider in the movie "Sissi" since I was a little girl. If I were to emulate any princess style I would dress like the Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Ever since my hair reached my hip I arrange it like her on formal occasions.

But since I can't wear a hooped skirt to every opportunity  :hehe: I would also dress like Grace Kelly.

I think Princess Grace a.k.a. Grace Kelly is an ultimate style icon. Too bad I didn't get too much of the elegant role models as a teen, I mostly got Britney and Christina, which were fine for teeny bopper style but for a more classic look, I didn't have nor did I seek those role models. I love your Kate photos with the "The stunning Chosen One!!!!"  motto :haha:

A mix between Princess Madeleine's fun style, Princess Diana's elegant style, and Princess Mary's conservative style.

I would most like to emulate the style of Crown Princess Mathilde and take possibly some hints from Queen Rania and Crown Princess Mary.

Lillibet

Definitely Grace! She had it all: glamour, classiness, and she seemed a really nice person. She is perhaps the only princess that I have never heard a bad word spoken about and that says a lot!

Queen Rania and Princess Caroline of Monaco and Hanover and Charlotte Casiraghi

Miss Scarlett

Grace Kelly's formal looks with Princess Mary's informal, or daytime formal looks.

Queen Rania is simply gorgeous, and seems to be a very strong woman as well. I like her.

I personally would emulate the styles of Princess Diana and Princess Grace both women were classic and elegant without being overdone.

In formalwear I liked Diana's style for the most part. Daywear, though, (both suits and casual) I usually did not like. Part of that, of course, is just because of fashion trends from the eighties and nineties that I was too young to be aware of at the time, but which look utterly absurd to me now. It's easier for me to assess the syle of current princesses, just because I have an idea of what is and is not fashionable today.

My all time favourite would be Gloriana ( sound of trumpets! ) QEI in her magnificent, majestic and thoroughly gorgeous Tudor splendour.

No beauty she, but Regality personified !

Modern day, would be the glorious Diana, Princess of Wales and Crown Princess Mathilde of Belgium who is an absolute show stopper everywhere she goes.

Princess Madeline of Sweden.  There used to be a website dedicated to her that had the most awesome pix of her.  I always said if I were a Princess, that's how I would look..the style of dress.  Some of these princesses just amazed me with the frocks they throw on their bodies... so un-princess like. In regards to true beauty...Grace Kelly was stunning!

Hands down, Grace Kelly.   She had the American-casual style, but the elegance and glamour of a European princess.
Poifect.

I'd like  to have Princess Madeleine's style, she always looks feminine and elegant, as well as modern. She's my favourite felame royal. She always manages to look right for the moment. :daisy:

Queen Mary. I love that style and believe i missed that lifetime. I should have been born then as i'm an old soul.

Interesting you should say that since I feel the same way.   I'm sure I was reincarnated from someone who lived in Queen Mary's time -- from the 1920s thru 1930s or I don't know how else to explain the affinity and mysterious familiarity I have for that time period.
