Security is going to be tougher with the street layout and buildings, but I do think the pro's are up to the task, and the "aloha snackbar" crowd isnt really known for precision and/or skill. Should all go off without a hitch on the route at least, hopefully the outlying areas are safe, more worried about the spectators than the participants.

That sapphire tiara that Albert designed and had made for Queen Victoria is indeed beautiful but I believe it passed out of the possession of the BRF and is now on display at a museum, I think the V and A.
Also, I think the Queen isn't likely to pick the dukedom of Windsor for Harry. The abdication in 1936 was very painful for the Queen's parents and I don't think she'd want old memories revived.
