^ I believe so, his priority is commonwealth nations (the realms are secondary, it's up to them if they want to turn republic, he's fine with it). That is what I understood from the article.

I'm glad that this State Visit will finally be able to happen. Hopefully there won't be any strikes going on prior to the visit.

It is being reported that the state dinner for the upcoming UK to France State Visit will be held at Versailles.

If the banquet IS held at Versailles that will be spectacular, a real sight to see. Whether French citizens would feel the same though is another matter.

I would love to know the maker of that fine china they used, it is gorgeous. I collect fine china, 5 piece place settings if I can find them.  And I use it almost daily as that is what it is for.. Pretty china makes my cooking look more appealing....lol
