The Princess Royal, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Logistic Corps, this morning visited the Defence School of Transport and 25 Regiment Royal Logistic Corps, to mark its Twenty Fifth Anniversary, Normandy Barracks, Leconfield, Beverley, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of East Riding of Yorkshire (Mr James Dick).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited CatZero, Hull Marina, Kingston-upon-Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.

The Princess Royal, Patron, UK Coaching, later attended an Awards Reception at the DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds, Granary Wharf House, 2 Wharf Approach, Leeds, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire (Mr Edmund Anderson).

The Princess Royal, Chancellor, University of London, this morning opened the Centre for Cancer Drug Discovery at the Institute of Cancer Research, 15 Cotswold Road, Sutton, and was received by Major Christopher Goodwin (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, English Rural Housing Association, this afternoon opened Dunsfold Rural Housing Development, Miller Lane, Dunsfold, Godalming, and was received by Mr William Biddell (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

The Princess Royal later presented The Queen's Award for Enterprise to Vision Engineering Limited, the Freeman Building, Galileo Drive, Send, Woking, and was received by Mr Michael Hayman (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

Her Royal Highness subsequently presented The Queen?s Award for Enterprise to Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging Limited, Unit 5, Bridge Park, Merrow Lane, Guildford, and was received by Mr Timothy Wates (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

The Princess Royal this morning visited Aico Limited, Maesbury Road, Oswestry, and was received by Mrs Amanda Thorn (Deputy Lieutenant of Shropshire).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon planted a Tree for The Queen's Green Canopy at St Barnabas Church of England Primary School, Green Lane, Worcester, and was received by Brigadier Roger Brunt (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire).

The Princess Royal later opened the Canal and River Trust "Unlocking the Severn" Conservation Project at Diglis Lock, Diglis, Worcestershire.
Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Foster and Freeman Limited, Vale Park, Evesham, Worcestershire.

The Princess Royal, Honorary Member, the Society of Merchant Venturers, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this evening attended the Autumn Banquet, Merchants? Hall, the Promenade, Clifton, Bristol, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol (Mrs Peaches Golding).
