IMO It was almost certainly material that could be challenged in court, even if some journalists asserted in the podcast things about say information coming from other royal households about the Sussexes. Britain?s libel laws are extremely strict and even public corporations have to be very careful. The BBC lawyers would have been busy!

I am going to be cautiously optimistic that Price Harry will not make any comments that will be perceived in such a manner. I will wait and see what happens on February 3.

well its hard to say. He does seem to have cut back from the trashing the family stuff but that may be becuase they have been spending time at home with the baby... and when he returns to a more public life he will return to his old method of attracting attention.

Well as an optimist, I have to have hope that Prince Harry have had some time to reflect upon the last 9 months and will choose to just focus on the present and not his past.

But what has he got to offer that will get his programmes ratings? He's presumably been speding the last few months being a dad, and that's got limited appeal. I think he still has a few bombshells to throw out about the RF.. though he will run out of materials in that field some time soon

Burned out by trashing his family. They don't work, their only work since leaving the BRF is trashing left right and center his family.

Stop doing 'bad stuff' and all will be fine.

In addition to what was mentioned above, the Sussexes have also been seen volunteering in Canada and Southern California. Meghan has written a book "The Bench" and done promotional work for it. Harry's doing work for Better Up and he's participated in charity polo matches. Also it can't be denied that the pandemic has likely impacted any earlier plans that the couple may have had especially for events like the Invictus Games and return trips to the UK for their remaining British patronages.

I believe that it's wise to keep in mind that not all of the Sussexes' work is publicly shown and like royals all over the world, there are private meetings that we the public never see. We typically only hear about the occasional visit and not the work that led up to it.
I'm also going to give the couple the same grace that I would give to any royals around the globe with infants and young children who are choosing to be more involved with their children's upbringing than previous generations. I would recognize that parenting during these early years is an important role and would consider it to be work.

Now I don't care for anything that the couple has participated in that involved their relationship with the BRF and IMO that has seriously and negatively impacted their image. However I can't deny that the couple has done good deeds for local groups in California. My wish for them would be to prioritize their local charity work for now and then cease anything that is remotely related to their Oprah interview.

Here is what I have a huge issue with regarding the Sussex's........LIES.....it is beyond my mind to think that any family would go on national TV and LIE about their family and disgrace and bad mouth the family...that to me is the MOST disgusting thing Harry and Meghan did after all they have been given in life....the wealth, the perks, the outlets to reach people, doors being opened for them all over the world....and to go and do what they did is hideous to me. I could not believe they sat there with Oprah and LIED....didn't they know that their lies would be FACT checked by millions....so as my grandmother told me many times ..*Respect is not a given in life because a person has money, power, titles, it is given on how you treat other people*....I hold that dearly to my heart and think of that when meeting people. I now NEVER trust a LIAR....just not going to happen, so why in the heck would anyone trust the Sussex's is beyond me.....any conversation with either of them will be front page news the next hour regardless of what it is.....I love HM yet maybe it is old age and wishful thinking that she wants them back....because they are *family.....oh family members can and have done the most damage to the family as we have seen here with the Sussex's...... A family does NOT go on national TV and LIE about the family.....and those that think that is right, okay and no big deal tells me they are the same character as the Sussex's...it is just okay to LIE .....not in my book that is for darn sure.

Just how does Harry think he can control who is around his grandmother when he lives across the world....is he insane or what? He has shown he can not even control his own life let alone his wife or grandmother....and 15 minutes with dad or HM does say a lot....some people are still very upset with Harry I bet. And the excuse that *Oh we are scheduled for another event and have only 15 minutes for you*....I will believe that when the moon turned green.....and I am sure as most families would be after all the lies they told on TV are still reeling and not ready to forgive if ever....and I bet there was 1 syllable sentences so that nothing said of importance could be seen on the front pages of the newspapers later in the day....talk about arrogance, both Sussex's are great at putting that to very good use for their Netflix project. Hidden cameras, microphones and recorders, hope they were checked for that before visiting any member of the royal family.......
