I agree Dizzy..it seems to me that Wills and Harry are surrounded by those who think more of their position as friends of the princes rather then being friends of plain old Wills and Harry. :notamused:

but if I was ever in a position to help Harry (100% unlikely) he would get Dizzy the Bi***, because I believe in tough love being the only love a person needs sometimes.

Sometimes, you just have to suck it up and deal w/ your problems, and he's got some. Kids want boundaries, it makes them feel secure to push up against something and not have it budge. This gives them lifelong security. Harry and William, by not having hands-on discipline growing up (and I'm sure the nice sycophants at Eton didn't dare pi** off any of the Windsors) probably never had the benefit of this.

That feeling is I believe what they are searching for and will fill the emptiness they are trying to fill w/ drink and escapism.

^ exactly....i kinda worry about Harry and his drinking. :( for now it has a lot to do with his age and social life. if he's still stumbling out of nightclubs at 3am when he's in his late twenties or married then i'll vote that he has a serious drinking problem. but then again.....if he's fighting with paparazzi (no matter how much they deserve it...and they usually do ;) ) then there already is a problem. :( too much to drink will blur anyones mind and make them do stupid/silly/dangerous things that they wouldnt do sober. but that doesnt totally excuse the behavior.

like Wombat said, Harry is his own worst enemy when he does stuff like this. and he has enough of those without shooting himself in the foot on top of it.

but i still love the guy. :hug: :hug: whatever his demons are it doesnt change the good things he's done or the good things he'll go on to do. i just hope they dont get the better of him.

I agree, I just love the guy too -- even seeing him drunk, mad and stumbling makes me sad and makes me want to give him a big ol' squishy Dizzy hug :hug: or two :hug: -- then I'll set him straight. And then I'll get back to hugging and maybe make him some of my lasagna.
... Harry seems to be hurting a lot right now and I don't know of anyone with at least half a heart who wouldn't feel protective and sympathetic towards him ...

Harry's stumble and William looking completely wasted with a girl secretly taking a pic of them together ... they are going to be known as Britain's version of Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears if they keep this up!! hahaha :devil:

Harry, what are you doing? I still think you are hot - but this drunken behaviour needs to stop...even IF you didn't assault that photographer, how can we even trust you to remember since you were falling down drunk at the time? And those pictures are plastered everywhere - even on sites that don't even care about the Royals until they do something stupid...you've managed to keep your nose relatively clean since that stupid costume party incident...and now you (and your brother) have mucked it up again. :gaah:

First off, I'm amazed that the RF or at least a courtier or two have apparently failed to have the "This is who we are and this is how we act" talk with EITHER of these boys. You would think that being brought up in the public eye and seeing the way the media and the public will rip you apart at any chance would have made an impression on them. They are not only embarrassing themselves with their foolish actions, but also embarrassing their family, friends, associates, employees.....not to mention the British people. :rant:

That said, the paps are HORRIBLE SCUM. They set people up all the time. They'll provoke fights...and make sure they have another one of their guys there to film or photograph the whole row. :windsor:

THAT SAID, Harry needs to wise up and act more responsibly in regards to his actions and the cost to his reputation. A bit of forethought and restraint can go a long way. And his bodyguards need to be a bit more alert as well....'specially when he's gassed!!!........Harry seems like one of those annoying, silly, stupid drunks that we all know. You have to keep an eye on that kind...and get them out of bad situations before they happen!! :pardon:

you know....i've gone through the pictures from that night and compared to the shoving match he got into with the paparazzi in 2004 this time is so different. the first time Harry actually looked really angry and you could see he was shouting at the photographer in some of the pictures. but this time his face is pretty expressionless and although the photographer says Harry was shouting at him, i havent seen it in any of the photos. Harry's bodyguard seems to be the one doing all the shouting.

looking at the pictures i think Harry didnt just fall over because he was drunk....i think he was trying to get away from the same photographer he'd been pushing? falling into? cause the guy was right at the car door when Harry was getting into the car. the door and the bodyguard where the only things keeping him back. i dont know.....i could very well be wrong.....but i dont think it was the fight the photographer is making it out to be. and i dont think it was the good natured affair CH is making it out to be either.
