Yes, he was around 19 when his first child Henry was born and his wife the Empress Mathilda was 30. They'd married when Geoffrey was 14 and Mathilda was 26, in an (obviously) arranged marriage I'm amazed she agreed to.

Geoffrey was reputedly a cherry but very firm individual and his wife was certainly feisty. She left him once or twice, but although the marriage wasn't very happy they had similar goals and stayed married until Geoffrey's death. By the time Mathilda's father died a second son Geoffrey was born so the lineage appeared secure. A third son William was born in 1136, though both he and his brother Geoffrey died unmarried in their twenties. Henry II of course became the first Plantagenet King of England.

In 1361 the marriage of Edward the Black Prince to Joan of Kent was set to afford Prince Edward the first Plantagenet king/prince to be married to a divorced mother since Henry II had wed Eleanor of Aquitaine.

On January 6, 1367 Richard of Bordeaux was born. His baptism
  was attended by what the Canterbury chronicler William Thorne described as three magi. The three kings at court were King 
 Pedro of Castile, King James IV of Majorca, and King Richard
  of Armenia.
