QuotePrince William: Bachelor Party with Prince Harry!  (Photos)

Prince William wears on orange cap while making his way out of the new subterranean Mexican bar Tonteria nightclub on Saturday evening (June 1) in London, England.

The 30-year-old Duke of Cambridge was joined by his younger brother Prince Harry and some other pals for a night on the town for one friend's bachelor party.

Rare night out? Yeah right ...and what has Kate's baby anything to do with why they were out? The Daily Telegraph is morphing into The Daily Fail  :eyes:.

I see Will got some time off from the RAF for the stag party.

stepperry

Is he on paternity leave yet? When is usually on standby for Search and Rescue duties? I believe it is usually the first week 1st day-8th day than rest 9th day-16th day back to duty 17th day-24th then rest again 25th day-1st day.

sandy

I think Will has a very very flexible schedule with SAR which IMO suits him fine.

cinrit

He has the same schedule as the others.  He may be given time off for something very important, but it's unlikely he would be given time off just to attend a stag party.  It's good that his "off" time coincided with an event he wanted to attend, because who knows how many events he's had to miss because he was on duty?

How many weeks before  the inpending birth does Paternity leave begin? Wasn't he going going on paternity leave from the RAF? I may have been wrong about his schedule it may more like the following:  the first week 1st day-8th day than rest 9th day-12th day back to duty 13th day-16th then rest again 17th day-24th day.
I hope it was a good stag party for TVS.

Does anyone know if Prince William going  back to the Blues and Royals or leaving the military after his paternity leave?

William is not the average military person and never will be.  How many of his colleagues can claim they commandeered a military copter to a stag party?

His "off time" seems conveniently to coincide with "fun events." And I notice he can't seem to get time off for royal engagements for some appearances with the royal family.

Something did go wrong last year when it was claimed he could not be at Wimbledon to watch tennis with Kate because of SAR duties. However, it came out that he and Harry had a weekend vacation going on when he was supposed to be at SAR.

William looks WASTED! Tehe body guard looks worried.

They both look fine - they were at a 5 hour bachelor party and certainly they were drinking, but they were not falling down drunk.

cinrit

They both look just buzzed enough to have silly grins on their faces.  Looks like they went home happy.

Some people never grow up. William is about to be a father he should stop the pub crawling he's not a frat boy anymore. drinking does nothing for his looks also. Harry needs to find a steady GF

William doesn't seem to be out every night - this was a bachelor party for one of his closest friends.  I refuse to be censorious about this sort of behavior.  If he was throwing up and getting into fights with random people - that would be bad.

Good heavens what all of you would think of me!  I love nothing more than a night out with friends - which often includes more than one drink!  Sometimes I appear flushed in the face.  I'm not drunk, but I can feel a bit merry and talkative - and so do my companions.  And we are all middle aged parents as well!   :hehe:

I guess a lot depends on your views and experience with alcohol.  Some people have experienced life with alcoholics and therefore take a very different view from me.  In my family, I was used to seeing my father and elderly grandmother have a martini (in his case) and a shot of whiskey (in her case) every night - to no ill effect with either of them.

sandy

I think social drinking once in a while is fine and nobody knows how much William and Harry still go out pub crawling or have private parties. But after a certain point I think drinking too much (and we don't know how much they drink) ruins a person's looks and health.  From the health point of view it is not good. Fortunately, they have of course limos to escort them home. I think they look worse for wear and the two have partied for years pub crawling and sometimes they look like they are falling out of the pubs. To me the two look like aging frat boys.  Also they are not your average "blokes" one is a future King and I think there should be some decorum shown by someone destined to be King and also his brother who is close in line of succession.

cinrit

I have no doubt that if either of them were going to bars frequently, we'd hear about it from all the tabloids.  Men go to bachelor parties, where they have a few drinks, a few laughs, and that's the end of it.  Neither William nor Harry misbehaved or caused a scene.  They came out of the nightclub with smiles on their faces, got in their cars, and went home.  Future kings are human beings; they're allowed to have a few drinks, like everyone else.

Actually, I was raised in an alcoholic home, so I would be the first to be censorious if I thought either of them were drinking to excess, especially if they were drinking to excess often.  There's nothing wrong with an occasional boys night out, certainly not if it's the bachelor party of a friend.

Not necessarily would we hear about it. There are also house parties. And nobody knows how much they drink. I hope it is not much since it ruins looks and ages prematurely.

Actually both William and Harry look quite healthy to me.  Both are slim and athletically built.  The main problem in William's looks is that he is losing his hair, which has nothing to do with alcohol, and lots to do with genetics.  As he gets older and we get used to seeing him bald it will be less obvious.  Baldness is like that, one's eye adjusts.

It is true that when Harry has a drink, he becomes a bit flushed -- lots of fair-skinned people do (me included!).

A little off-topic, but there was a young lady on "The Doctors" a couple of days ago, who had a complaint about flushing badly any time she drinks vodka.  She had a picture of herself flushing ... it went all the way down to her chest.  She said it happens even after just a few sips.  Alcohol can have a temporary affect on the physical appearance, but it takes a heck of a lot of drinking to age someone to the point that they look many years older than they really are ... premature deep wrinkles, bad skin, sagging skin.

I recall when Harry was going off on some drinking sprees he did look bloated and look like he put on pounds. Drinking heavily on a regular basis does hurt people's looks. There are photos of some film stars that bear this out.
