Royal Forum temporary closure

The Royal Forum will be closed temporarily in the next few days so we can take an accurate copy of the database. We will use this database for the new Royal Forum.

If the transfer works OK the new forum will open shortly after that. If there is a technical problem then we will be able to re-open this forum.

If all goes well this forum will re-open to give info about our move.

The test forum at http://www.theinternetforum.co.uk/forum3/ will stay open during this period.

was the old forum ever closed? did I sleep through it? man, and i thought I was actually going to have some extra time on my hands over the next few days!  :happytears:

Yes. It was closed at about 10am UK time, 5am Eastern on Sunday.
