Prince George Frederick Ernest Albert of England was tutored by Joseph Robson Tanner of St. John's College on constitutional history.
George read The English Constitution by Walter Bagehot. At the end of the course, the Prince was asked to put forth his definition of monarchy.
Please note that the words in italics were put in italics by George Frederick when he first composed this.
