The Royal Household is recruiting for a job which will appeal to wannabe prince and princesses everywhere - to be a groom at the Royal Mews at Windsor Castle house.

Duties include exercising the Queen's horses and ponies every day, cleaning the stables and training foals.

While the salary is a less than princely sum of £20,000 a year, the successful application will receive accommodation in the beautiful surroundings of Windsor Castle in Berkshire.
