I especially like the narration of the carpentener. There is so much minute detail in the architectural aspect of the palace.

The historic building was given to Margaret Tudor, wife of King James IV, in 1503 as part of her marriage gift and was where she died in 1541.

Methven castle dates to 1664 in its current form and has been owned by only 11 families, having undergone several major restoration projects over the years.
