QuoteShe posed for thousands of photographs and looked picture perfect in almost every one.
But there was one image from her three-week tour of Australia and New Zealand that particularly captured the Duchess of Cambridge's heart.
And unsurprisingly, it features a very cuddly looking Prince George.

QuoteAustralian children's health specialists say Prince George is an advanced baby with excellent developmental skills for a child of his age.

Sydney paediatricians who observed his responses in photographs and on television footage of his two public appearances say the nine-month-old is progressing well and his parents should be pleased their child is in the top range for his age.

'He looks like a very mobile baby who actively plays with toys and crawls around and he could be almost walking which is very good at nine months,' said Dr Antonia Milner of the Sydney Children's Hospital.

I wonder about all the articles the are saying that support for the monarchy has increased because of Prince George? Do they really expect us to believe that people have abandoned their political ideologies because they saw a cute baby??

Those same articles of clothing have been sold in stores around the world for decades for boy, blue is a color common for boys clothes and so are polo shirts, and the nautical theme for babies, there is nothing there where George has sparked a trend...  :blank: People who want to live like celebrities buy what they wear, but the items are not only far from unique they are the norm for baby nosy, from the shoes onward...  :notamused:

Agreed. Also the BRF seems to like traditional clothing for their children when they appear in public. George likely wears less expensive but comfortable clothing when he's not in front of the camera.  :)

I agree, I have always wondered about the sanity of parents buying expensive wardrobes for children...  :loco: They are doing it right... You still want yo have fun with your baby clothes but not at a ridiculous expense.

My daughter was given beautiful dresses when she was a baby/toddler. She wore them maybe once or twice before she outgrew them.

QuoteGeorge's Other Wellington Playdate

While his parents were charming the crowds in the South Island, Prince George is said to have made a secret outing with his nanny to a Wellington public playground.

Every move of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge was meticulously planned and choreographed, but with the eyes of the world's media elsewhere, the little prince was able to depart from the script and mingle with his future subjects on a sunny afternoon in Frank Kitts Park, a witness says.

Mr Freeze icecream caravan owner Barry Ludlow said he thought he was the only one who recognised the baby, well wrapped up in his pram and with a woman chaperoning him. He said they approached his truck by the playground.

"There were plenty of people walking around the waterfront, there were children everywhere, but I don't think anyone saw them. They didn't look out of place at all."  The pair were with two men in plain clothes, he said. "I've seen the nanny before on TV and they had bodyguards - she had two of them with her."

Saw this over on another well-known royal forum.

Apparently there has been a rise in tourists booking trips to Uluru since the Cambridges visited in April. Australian economy airline Jetstar is now scheduling four  day a week flights to the region from Melbourne. Prior to that all flights to Uluru had to be chartered and went through Sydney. The airline has also seen an increase in passengers booking flights to Uluru from Sydney.  There is a renewed hope that this will bring much needed tourist dollars to the area.
