Prince William visited 'BEST - Be A Better You' in Swindon, a charity that helps young people with different social, emotional and mental health barriers using sports training and mentoring.

The Prince met the founder of the charity Don Bryden whose own experience with his daughter inspired him to found the organisation.

^ I was reading more about them, this center is for homeless minor age people.  That's quite sad, so it's great that places like this exist.

The stark contrast of Catherine's speech during the couple's first MH week filled with positivity, learning to  strengthen your inner self to have good MH and be better equipped to handle the external challenges everyone encounters. The external challenges examples were pandemic, conflict and the fast changing world.

Whilst the SIL and BIL speech was asking for censorship.  For those who do not know ALL social media applications 'can' be blocked from children. Fact.

The Prince of Wales has expressed his support for families bereaved by suicide in the Armed Forces community, telling them: "Please know that you are not alone."
