The Duke of Gloucester this evening attended the Spirit of Normandy Trust and Normandy Memorial Trust Dinner at the Cavalry and Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly, London W1, and was received by the Lord Dannatt (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duchess of Edinburgh this afternoon attended the Women in Scotland Luncheon at the Radisson Blu Glasgow, 301 Argyle Street, Glasgow, and was received by Mr John MacLeod (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, later met members of the Debra Edinburgh Community at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh, 1 India Buildings, Victoria Street, Edinburgh, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Robert Aldridge, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Colonel-in-Chief, Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps, this evening attended a Dinner at Edinburgh Castle to celebrate the Corps' Seventy Fifth Anniversary.
