It?s well known that Anne is not a fan of tennis just like her mother and father. We all have our favourites. For Anne it was anything to do with horses as it was with the late Queen. However she does like rugby and the late Queen and Duke were quite fond of watching cricket and discussing the results apparently. It?s not compulsory to thoroughly enjoy one sport over another just because you?re royal.

That made me chuckle, as those that know me well, my views on a tiny ball being beaten to death by anyone will get me kicked out of any stadium quickly....why im heaven's name are companies paying zillions of dollars to anyone to hit a ball........a ball of all things.  Our society is warped big time, teachers, firemen, police, Ems, hospital workers who save lives are all highly underpaid and here the world makes heroes out of some people who are not worth it while paying them millions of dollars.......sports, so not my cup of tea...give me a good history book any  day of the week.

He beat my fav Daniil Medvedev in SF too, so admittedly the 20 year old kid is a big star. And to me the new Spanish replacement for Nadal.

His Gen Z influence right here a mili second after he won, Wimbledon Champion 2023

That was a bot of a shock, but really Djokovic and his generation have had it all their own way for a very long while. It?s about time that the new and upcoming generation made their mark in Grand Slams. It would have been sad and a bit odd if they didn?t. In both the women?s and men?s finals Wimbledon showed the way this year.
