Cinrit and Lindelle thanks for the great article and pictures  :flower:

Here a picture of Frederik talking to a little boy. As always Frederik is really good at connecting with children.

http://www.billedbladet.dk/Kongelige/ArticleFolder/2011/11/Mod%20kronprinsens%20nye%20australske%20ven.aspx

Six-year-old Tom stole the Crown Prince Frederick's heart, as he presented drawings of beautiful colors.

Fredag visited Crown Prince Frederik Macarthur Wind Farm, where Vestas over the next few years will build 140 wind turbines. It was intended that the Crown Prince, wearing a vest and safety helmet should see how one of the wings were put on, but because of too much wind, it could not be done.

The wind farm is located 260 km. from Melbourne, so Frederik was flown there in Vestas private jet.

After having inspected the area, the crown prince was invited into a tent, where also a bunch of kids from two nearby schools were turned up to hand out flowers and drawings to Frederick.

It ended up being six-year-old Tom's big day. When he came to the drawings, which he and his three classmates had made of wind turbines in beautiful colors, Frederick lay all aside and sat down squatting beside the boy, then talked for several minutes.

Then Tom said he "probably thinks he will never forget Frederick."

While the Crown Prince heard about windmills, Princess Mary was flown to Broken Hill to see how the Australian rescue services, Flying Doctors, is working.

Have there been crowds of people and media receiving the Danish Royals?

Lindelle

Yes, they've done particularly well and reporters are calling her the most elegant and loved princess.

The only (and best) in search engine that's covering the visit 24/7, is yahoo

http://au.news.yahoo.com/full-coverage/princess-mary

www.theaustralian.com.au and www.news.com.au would be second to best, but not front page considering she's a native Australian.

Any other Aussie media links, bring them in.  Zimbio photographic agency has the best photos of the royal tour.  She looks lovely and conservative. Some articles non related to the visit (but to her day 1 to 5 fashion choices) comparing her to the Duchess of Cambridge.

Lindelle

Our television news love her.
I haven't heard them refer her with Kate - thankgod.
