The Princess Royal got a behind-the-scenes tour of the grounds as well as discovering more about Manchester City's City in the Community sports scheme, on her visit yesterday, Wednesday September 17.
The Queen's daughter also spent time at Manchester High School for Girls in Fallowfield and at the Salford factory of luxury menswear brand Private White VC.
