On Friday, Princess Sirindhorn arrived in China, where she will be until Monday, with the purpose of strengthening the diplomatic ties between Thailand and China — an already good relationship.

First up, Princess Sirindhorn met with Yu Zhengsheng in Beijing. He is chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and considered one of China's absolute top political advisers. Yu Zhengsheng received the Thai Princess on a rather special occasion, as it was the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between their two countries.
