2007 Royal Forum Awards!!

It's that time again folks!!

Ok, for the benefit of the newbies, I'll give you a run-down of how this works....

At the end of every year, we have the Royal Forum Awards, where members nominate each other for awards in various categories. You can vote for anyone you want, if they've been here 5 days or 5 years, it doesn't matter, all members are eligable to win, and to vote!

We really encourage everyone to vote, and to vote in as many categories as possible, to make it a bit more fun (and hey, a bit more competative too!).

Voting starts now, and will close at the end of the month. Winners will be announced during the first week of January!!

The following mods have agreed to help take PMs and tally votes, so please PM your votes to any one of the following people:

That was my question - how can we make sure everyone votes just once when so many mods/admins accept votes :mellow:

yeah don't worry about that, we do collaborate when we tally them up! :lol:

As far as voting for someone who isn't here... the point of the awards is to recognize each other for contributing in different ways to the forum. I think that members who are active would better appreciate being recognized, rather then members who don't visit anymore. It is up to you who you vote for, but I personally try to vote for active members, even tho some of my favorite members left years ago ;)

we can vote for one person in more than one category though right? like for example if i wanted to vote someone for crazy and most welcoming? just want to make sure... im a visual learner :D :teehee:

if we have a forum notice posted, we will bump it up by posting once that way everyone will get a chance to see it. :thumbsup: especially in the william and the kate threads, so many new topics are posted that sometimes our notices get lost or unnoticed, so we bump it up.
