I?m going to gush and say that at this moment William just made my cold frozen heart melt.  This made me tear up just a bit.

It was nice to see Wiliam visiting Deborah James. It shows he has a very human, personal touch.

It's very hard, especially because she's dying. Her silver lining is the fundraiser she created.

(I'd have a stiff drink, W went to Oswald's private club afterwards to meet with friends, the paparazzi said stayed 3 hours.  The dishes/menu and the wines look michelin to me).

This is his second round of Investitures in less than a month. I wonder if these are all for 2023 winners or were some of them from 2022 and had to be rescheduled due to the late Queen's passing?

I?m sure that at least some of these Investitures are due to a logjam of sorts due to the Queen?s death. Some may have been due to earlier Covid scares as well.

This makes sense.  I had almost forgotten about Covid in recent months.

I like seeing the Investitures being done, all the people getting acknowledged and meeting either Charles or Anne or Edward or William seem so happy and very  joyful. One lady just could not take her eyes off William.....think that made her day.. :hearts:

Thanks for showing all the pictures of the people and William, I just love seeing this part of the duties of the royal family. All the people who got an award (is that what it is called) seems thrilled and so happy. The lady in blue looked just fabulous in her blue suit.
