Princess Eugenie has had a long-time interest in musculoskeletal healthcare. At 12 years of age, she had back surgery to correct a scoliosis condition. Since her own experience with osteopathic treatment and those of her family members, The Princess is keen to support charities whose mission it is to support those with similar disorders.
This is the eighth patronage that the Queen's granddaughter has taken on. She is also Royal Patron of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, (RNOH).
