^ i wouldnt bet on it yet. ;) if we're getting nice articles about Chelsy now its bcuz the press has run out of new stuff to report about Kate (actually they ran out months ago! ;) ) and William. there's still the old Good Prince, Bad Prince thing going on in the press and Chelsy and Kate will b dragged into it too. anyway if it's tru that Chelsy is going to Bristol Uni we'll get the party stories back soon enough! :laugh:
