I haven't seen Peter and Autumn on the balcony for several years, though they might have attended some of them and I just haven't noticed. It wouldn't be because of any break with the Queen or royal family. It's just that there are so many relatives in the extended family now and they all can't make a balcony appearance, plus they might be doing other things on the day. Peter is a businessman, after all.
