I havent' been on the Forum for some time, due to my husband's increasing ill heatlh. he died a few weeks ago, at a tragically early age.

Amabel as you know I lost my Husband in March and I totally identify with your pain. I want you to know I am so sorry for your loss and this time of year is the hardest to deal with. Remember there is no right or wrong way to grieve and take care of yourself. Well meaning friends will offer up all kinds of advise take it with a grain of salt. I will say a prayer for you and your husband.
