The Principality of Monaco, located on the South Coast of France is one of the smallest countries in the world, and the headquarters to one of Europe’s most powerful Crowned Head of State.  The Prince of Monaco is one of only few European Monarchs to actually posses and use political powers on a day-to-day basis.  His Serene Highness Prince Albert II, Sovereign Prince of Monaco is the head of the House of Grimaldi – the son of Sovereign Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace, he is soon to be married to Charlene Wittstock.   (read more...)
