well at least he's allowed to use his cell phone. when my husband was in boot camp in the US, it was 8 weeks long and he was only allowed to write letters (no, not emails, letters) and that was only after like, the first 3 weeks I think. After the first month, I think he was allowed one 15 minute phone call and then I think he got 2 others during the second month, for good behavior.

well at least he'll be able to call Chelsy, so she won't be able to sleep until Harry calls after 10pm, and only if he is not too tired to call
