Jordanian Royal Weddings
March 12, 2023- Princess Iman bint Abdullah and Mr. Jameel Thermiotis.  Princess Iman is the second child and eldest daughter of TM King Abdullah II and Queen Rania.

The ceremony was reportedly held at the Royal Palace in Amman where the JRF live. CP Hussein escorted his sister to the ceremony. The bride's father and brothers, CP Hussein and Prince Hashem  signed the wedding contract.

More information.

Love seeing the bride in a second tiara. Be nice if we got more information (if it belongs to Muna vs new as there is some question).

Seeing Hussein and his fiance reminds us we have a second and much bigger royal wedding in Jordan to come this year.

@TudorQueen -Yes it is exciting to realize that there's a second Jordanian royal wedding coming up this year! After the flurry of royal weddings in the late 1990's and early 2000's, it's fun to see the next generation of royals as they embark on this milestone.

Dress information for Princess Iman-Her gown is by Dior. The French couture house also created Queen Rania's gown. Now originally I would have thought that Ellie Saab would have been the chosen designer as QR has worn his creations many times, but Dior created a lovely gown with clean lines for Iman. This article is stating that the tiara is by Chaumet.

QuoteHer Royal Highness opted for a classic design by the French fashion house, with embroidered lace-cuff sleeves and a high neckline, complete with a matching veil and tiara by Chaumet.

More photos of the wedding including a large family portrait. I believe that many of King Abdullah's full and half-siblings were there, but not all of them. JRF relations have sometimes been a little tricky over the years.

There is still question if the tiara is Chaumet. The chaumet story stems from people thinking it was this tiara.

Chaumet on Instagram: "The epitome of the Maison?s virtuosity. The Jos?phine Valse Imp?riale tiara combines three of the most emblematic Chaumet

But its not. Unless the design was altered for her. Does seem odd that Chaumet would not claim the piece, like Dior did the dress. Unless is one  of their pieces but older, so not made for her wedding specifically.

@TudorQueen - We may never know who created the tiara unless the Court chooses to address who designed it. I agree that it is odd that there hasn't been a claim even if it was an older piece made back in the 1960's and 1970's when the late King Hussein and Princess Muna were still married.
