Bahrain's King attends Formula One with Putin

King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifah, was in the Sochi Olympic Park this past Sunday, as he attended the Formula One Grand Prix, along with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two reigning parties arrived at the Sochi autodrome and took their seats in the private box tribune about an hour after the race had begun. Sunday's race marked the first ever Formula One Grand Prix championship hosted by Russia, who will host the championship annually for the next six years.

Prior to the Grand Prix event, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifah, was on a working visit to the Bocharov Ruchei State Residence in Sochi, this past weekend, to discuss trade investments and international politics with the Russian President. According to the Russian news agency, TASS,  the two Heads of State discussed the situation in North Africa and the Middle East during last weekend's visit, future actions staged against Islamic State militants in particular.
