Is this Photo Real?

I originally posted the link to this pic under the "Fiance plagues prince" thread, but thought it needed to be elsewhere.  This is my first 'poll' so I'm hoping that I have set it up properly.

If you follow the link at the bottom of this message, you will find a pic of Letizia in a somewhat comprimising position, scantily dressed and looking seductive.  

At first you might jump to the conclusion that it's fake but, there is a possibility that it could be real.  Many women have posed for pics for the boyfriends and husbands, that look like this one.  Could Letizia have been talked into such a thing?  Could be.  

There is great debate over whether or not it's real but it looks pretty authentic to me. If there are computer touchups on the pic, I can't find them with my hardware.
