Is Diana beginning to fade away into the past?  There dont seem to be many programmes about her on TV these days

There aren?t programmes about the QM or Prss Margaret either and they died several years after Diana. I don?t think Diana has disappeared from people?s memories at all. She was in The Crown in each episode over the last three series. Probably there will be TV tributes to her on the 30th anniversary of her death.
