The King and Queen will host a reception at Buckingham Palace on Thursday to thank those involved in the planning and arrangements following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Coronation. The Princess Royal and the Duchess of Edinburgh will also attend.

The BBC marks Remembrance Week 2023

The President of the Republic of Korea, His Excellency Yoon Suk Yeol, accompanied by Mrs Kim Keon Hee, will pay a state visit to the United Kingdom from 21st to 23rd November 2023.

The King and Queen will host the state visit at Buckingham Palace. -

^^^Glad that we now have confirmation on the upcoming State Visit from the Republic of Korea.

From reading the itinerary, it is very much a traditional State Visit. The President and the First Lady will arrive on Monday but the official visit will begin on Tuesday when he Prince and Princess of Wales escort the couple to Horse Guards Parade Grounds where they will be welcomed by the TM the King and Queen. The State Banquet will take place on Tuesday.

The Duke of Kent was not present today but is apparently experiencing "episodic mobility issues." :( This is concerning as his cousin Elizabeth was also dealing with similar issues in the last years of her life.
