The picture was taken at Ivy Cottage (Kensington Palace), hence the background ivy wall.  The couple only shortlived FC.

I thought Fergie lived near FC, same grounds of the Royal Lodge.

I like Master August's name.   
I like the fact that Queen Victoria's husband's full name was stated: Francis Albert Augustus Charles Emmanuel.   
How many people know that Prince Albert's first name is Francis?

Actually it was Franz, but nevertheless....

I do think that August is an unusual name for an English baby and not one that any of his future schoolmates will probably have. When I first read it I thought of the French Auguste. However, I'm sure I will grow used to it as I did with Archie and all Anne's grandchildren's names.
