QuoteOn 29th April 2011, William and Kate got married. That's the William and Kate. Not, say, your mate from school and your second cousin. (Although maybe they got married too? But we digress.)

And if there's two people who seem to be having a good time, all the time, it's Prince William and The Artist Formerly Known As Kate Middleton. So to celebrate the occasion of their third wedding anniversary, here are 33 pictures of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge from the past three years. That's 33 funny pictures, of course...

Some standouts

#5  Proof Kate eats!  Or at least, has eaten.  Or has held food up to her mouth at least one time!
#13 I think that's Cousin It
#25 He looks depressed, she looks very happy...strange.  In every other picture their expressions are pretty much the same. This one stands out for that reason

And overall observation? You Brits have a strange idea of what's "funny"...:hmm:
You may think you're cool, but do you have a smiley named after you?

Okay, fine.  Macrobug is now as cool as I am

That last image must have been photoshopped...
#33?  :hehe: It is quite an unfortunate photo.  :P
"You don't have to be pretty. You don't owe prettiness to anyone. Not to your boyfriend/spouse/partner, not to your co-workers, especially not to random men on the street. You don't owe it to your mother, you don't owe it to your children, you don't owe it to civilization in general. Prettiness is not a rent you pay for occupying a space marked 'female'." QuotePrince William and Kate's Most Tender Photos as They Celebrate Third Wedding Anniversary

The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton and husband Prince William will probably find a private way to celebrate their third wedding anniversary after providing hundreds of photo ops on their wildly successful tour of New Zealand and Australia.

For Kate there will no doubt be a special present - in the last year the Prince has spoilt his wife with a £3,600 Cartier watch, featuring a sapphire to match her engagement ring and an eternity ring set with diamonds. He probably has more surprises up his sleeve for their special day on Tuesday.

QuoteKate And William Celebrate Third Wedding Anniversary

Can it really have been three years?  Yes, indeed it has, for Prince William and his wife Kate will today celebrate their third wedding anniversary.

The family will spend the day "privately," according to officials—and no doubt half-asleep—as they are still recovering from their three-week tour of Australasia.

Neither William or Kate have any official engagements today—in contrast to last year, when pregnant Kate spent the day on a visit to a children's hospice in Hampshire and William was in Wales on duty as an RAF search-and-rescue pilot.
