Curiosity is killing me - are the moderators on this forum paid for what they do or are they volunteers? 

(My question specifically excludes Windsor as I believe he owns the forum?)

- I am thoroughly impressed w/how well this site is visually laid out & organized.
- I am thoroughly impressed w/how well the moderators manage difficult posting conversations.  Not easy & done well as one can.
- I am impressed w/the news reports that show up on this site that keep me up to date on what my favorite royals are up to.
