He made the visit to Leicestershire on his own.

Mercury reporters and photographers were on hand at both venues to capture all the action and reaction.

Her poem, entitled One For the Team, took her just ten minutes to write, before she submitted it to the "Poem to Remember" competition without telling her family after reading about the DNRC project in the news.

The Duke of Cambridge was particularly keen to hear more about the Nekton expedition and ongoing research by the scientists, following the exploration that took place in Seychelles in March this year and the President?s message to citizens of the world.

The Duchess will make a short speech before unveiling a plaque to formally open the purpose-built hospice in Framingham Earl, around five miles south of Norwich.

Homeless charity The Passage announced that the Duke of Cambridge visited their centre on three separate occasions before Christmas, where he helped pack food and spoke to homeless residents.

The Duke worked alongside a team of volunteers to prepare hot meals for individuals who had recently been moved off the streets and into emergency hotel accommodation. He also spoke to homeless residents about their recent experiences.

Thanks to the efforts of volunteers, the charity has managed to serve 70,000 meals to those in need during the two national lockdowns in April and November.

The Passage Chief Executive Mick Clarke said:

    This year, more than ever, our army of volunteers have enabled The Passage to keep our vital services running throughout both lockdowns and the time in-between.

    From our emergency food hub to fundraising, outreach to essential office support, our Home for Good programme to our residential projects, we are extremely fortunate to have such a versatile and committed group of supporters.

The charity hopes the Royal visit will provide a much needed publicity boost, as an organisation representing London councils warned of the highest levels of homelessness in 15 years just before Christmas.

A therapist usually is the best thing to do when there are family issues internalized.
