 :lmao: is this some kind of a joke...how the heck can britney spears of all plp be leading by few 100s? i mean...she's up against....the likes of queen rania...princess mary+madeleine+letizia...not 2 mention catherine zeta jones  :blink: i say let's vote every 10-15min & betow such a title on s/o who hasn't been making a mochery out of the concept of a "lady"....let along elegance  :windsor1:

SO I DID HAVE SIGNATURE UP HERE... but evidently it would probably have been removed so I removed it first. But bummer about the possible censorship!

Oh, for Pete's sake Britney Spears is winning? Forget Prada. Her idea of a fashion accessory is a "Big Gulp" from the 7-11.

I can't even believe Britney is even on the list. She's one of the worst dressed celebs and she doesn't come close to being elegant. Unbelievable!
