Did someone tie up William, gag his mouth and put a hood over his face and throw him on a plane to go to Kuwait?  What is this word *forced* suppose to mean?  I am sure Charles *asked* his son to go to Kuwait and pay their respects to the officials on the death of the country's Emir.  That headline is so cruel and demeaning to William and the monarchy.  NoBody *forces* either Charles or William to do anything just as nobody here is *forced* to do anything, they know their job and do it without complaints.  That is what royals do, even if there are other family plans, they get up and do the work they are suppose to do.

Islamic tradition requires that funerals must be held within 24 hours of death, so I  can imagine that there were many men rushing to catch a flight to Kuwait.

The Prince of Wales appears in and has written the forward to a new book about the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst -

Considering Sandhurst's long history of preparing cadets, it's should be an interesting read. Alumni who are also featured include singer James Blount, Sir Winston Churchill,  Sir David Niven as well as the Prince of Wales.

Foreign royals have also attended and graduated notably those from Jordan and Luxembourg.
