^Their team is wrong, it's a lie. All trailers (even the shock and awe to sell a film or series be it a great or crap film/series) use real scenes from the film or the series that belong/ownership to the film or series. Soundtracks must be used within their library of authorized soundtracks, if a film/series uses a soundtrack that is NOT in their library, they have to pay NEW monies/royalty to the owner of a soundtrack.

Meghan Markle wins People?s Choice Award for Spotify podcast Archetypes

Archetypes podcast has been named the Pop Podcast of 2022 at the People?s Choice Awards.

The Duchess of Sussex?s Spotify-exclusive podcast was honoured during Tuesday?s (6 December) awards show at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The PCAs recognise influential figures in the entertainment industry and are voted for by the public. Markle was not in attendance at the event.

Other notable wins from the evening included Shania Twain winning the Music Icon Award, Ryan Reynolds for the People?s Icon Award and Serena Williams for the Game Changer Award.

Markle?s Archetypes podcast is an interview-based format in which she and guests ?investigate, dissect and subvert the labels that try to hold women back?.

No Maureen, it?s not the evil global news media that?s been persecuting the Sussexes since they found out Meghan and Harry had started dating, it?s the evil British tabloids that have exhibited that behaviour and the rest of the British and Commonwealth media and then the US and (to a much lesser extent) European magazines and TV that followed suit. As Ms Callaghan must know very well, as she has leapt into print to attack once more, on the pages of the worst rag of the lot.

As for the celebrities that aren?t taking part (who remain the Sussexes friends, btw) how do we know they were asked by the couple to partake in the Netflix series? To infer that these people have now turned against Harry and Meghan and are now their mortal enemies is laughable imo.

Oh btw, what?s the point of so-called ?royal experts? coming out claiming that Charles ?could? strip the Sussexes of their titles?. Erm, could but won?t. As all these ?experts? (the latest being Michael Cole, Who?) would surely know if they were truly experts on the royal family, the last time anyone lost titles in the BRF (via an LP) was during WW1 when German titles were removed as media hysteria about German relatives was, in George V?s mind, imperilling the Throne.

Britain certainly isn?t in that situation today. And if Charles was to start a Parliamentary process of removing the Sussex title (which would also have to travel through the legislative assemblies of the realms) that would expose Guess Who? The King?s own brother, Andrew. Another lengthy and embarrassing procedure to repeat once more. And while that may very well make the media and infesters of the Fail comments section crow, it just isn?t going to happen. Any of it. So Levin, Wootton and Co might as well just Shut Up about this possibility.

Not my decisions but King Charles is in charges his hands is tied!! Because Harry is no longer royal work,HRH and plus insult family not back to Oprah in 2021 before Duke of Edinburgh?s death but Harry is cross the line and he broke rules don?t forget insults the Queen Elizabeth

Both are sons of a sovereign. Harry is a King?s son. Every male child of a sovereign, whether in British or European royal families, gets a title, ie Duke of ?.And the criteria in 1917 was treason ie taking up arms against the Sovereign and Great Britain, during war time. Neither Andrew nor Harry have done that. In fact both have served in war zones in HM?s forces.

Plus, if it comes down to it and it did happen, which it won?t for the reasons stated, Harry would still be Prince Harry, and most importantly as far as the RF is concerned, Meghan would be Princess Henry. That, in the US, is bigger than being a Duchess as BP no doubt knows VERY well!

Yes, I know the tabloids are saying Charles and William are meeting for crisis talks. The point is that is probably not so. You do know that tabloids lie don?t you, that in fact they lie a great many times and have been sued for their lies and on lots of occasions have been forced to apologise for made-up articles.

Well here I am in Melbourne Aus, and I?ve just finished watching the whole three episodes of the documentary that have dropped. There is absolutely nothing there for anyone to get angry or annoyed or agitated about, though I?m sure the tabloid journos will find something.

Some rather sweet asides about their romance at the beginning, Botswana etc. A bit about their charities before the marriage. A few shots at Papps and biased media reports about Meghan?s background, and some insights into Meghan?s relationship with her half sister and father, up to the wedding. Some talk by Harry about Diana and how the media were always intrusive wherever they went as mother and sons.

Her niece Ashleigh Hale (Samantha?s daughter) appeared on camera, and spoke about her loving relationship with Meg and about being brought up by her father?s mother and husband since she was two. So no loving maternal Samantha then! Meghan stated that she really cannot remember Samantha being there in the house!

Some photos of the dogs, and a little on their family life now. Quite benign really. An overview of the British Empire and the history of slavery within it will probably be picked up by the British tabloids though and an explanation of the you scratch my back and I?ll scratch yours deal between the RF and Royal Correspondents that the Press will probably not like very much.

And that?s it. Tiaragate not mentioned. Jason K not mentioned negatively A few momentary clips of Charles and William and Kate without any sniping. Hopefully nothing for the British media to hold onto, and gripe about but I?m not holding my breath!

Yes, so far 'nothingburgers' for the senior working royals or the courtiers to be in tenterhooks or in 'crisis' talks.

IMO the USD100M is giving a bit of reality show. I hope the couple invest this money well for their future.

I don't have Netflix, but based upon @Curryong's description and similar ones, I have to wonder if the series is attempting to reverse the image of the Sussexes being seen as "angry" and "bitter?" After-all there was a noticeable difference between Meghan's comments and tone in The Cut interview and the one in Variety.

IF and only IF the couple truly want to repair the damage or regain the trust with Harry's family, a lot of work and years usually happens, it's not a rushed thing. The hope window here is very very small, since both have very poor to non family relations. (Note: I speak about repair because the couple themselves spoke about championing ''healing'' human relations during their ripple of hope sitdown. For this to work, first themselves, then both families, everyone else after. It doesn't work skipping/cherrypicking)

Whoever the royal reporter (can't remember but probably Rebecca English?!) that said before the Ripple of Hope that the Sussexes plan to heal and repair with Harry's family after Netflix and Spare, had inside info from that camp.

Edit to add: when I say it's a 'very small window of hope' it's because IMO both have no patience of mid or long term in everything, it's been knee jerk reactions. Did Netflix edit out whatever further damage after the Queen's passing away? I think time will tell IF the couple are serious with backtracking/healing/repairing. Accepting in life a 'no' rather than furthering 'my way or the highway' situations in life.

Ah yes, the British media working themselves up into a self righteous and 100% heaving, griping pack again. Once more, if they?re so hateful, if this couple are so harmful to the monarchy, don?t write about them. Simple.

God knows, Britain has a hundred troubles, a deepening economic crisis getting worse by the month. People, ordinary Britons increasingly unable to provide food AND shelter for their families. An increasing illegal immigration conundrum etc etc.

So what do we see the tabloids do? Yep, Spend hours of every day writing articles in criticism of a two part documentary series and a couple who live in another country across the Atlantic. It reaffirms for me that this pile of oiled up, manufactured and hysterical rubbish has kept tabloid proprietors and their employers extremely happy and very very wealthy for over three years now.

And Sarah Vine, Richard Kay and Robert Hardman Britain?s finest royal writers (according to the Fail!!!) God help Britain then! And they have the gall to accuse the Sussexes of outright lying!

And, believe me, I?ve watched the three episodes already available and there is nothing for anyone to become hysterical about. But journalists and royal ?experts? and commentators will go on pretending that there was an attack a minute on every episode on the institution for their own reasons. Clickbait!
