Has either Princess Beatrice or Princess Eugenie been selected to be a godmother to one of their aristocratic friends' children?

^ I don't know about Beatrice, but Eugenie is godmother to Maud Windsor, the little daughter of Lord Freddy (the son of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent) and his wife. Maud was born in 2013.
