Quick update on the rules and double posting

FYI:

The rules (which can be found here: Rules & Registration Agreement) have been updated - very little has been changed, but they have been condensed.

Also, double-posts will now be automatically merged if made within a 2 day time period. Any double posts made outside of the 2 day time period will either be ignored (because we'll probably miss it) or manually merged.  Admins are exempt from the auto-merge so we can continue to promote forum business by bumping important threads.
