In that generation of the family, I don't know what HM would do without Sophie and Edward. He will certainly  eventually make a wonderful
Duke of Edinburgh and it's plain why his mother wants that title for him because Edward is very close to Philip and has lightened his duties at home and abroad, with Sophie's support.
