His Royal Highness this morning called upon Mr Charles Peter Mayiga (Katikkiro, Prime Minister, of the Kingdom of Buganda) at Bulange House, Kabaka Anjagala Road, Mengo, Kampala.

The Duke of Edinburgh afterwards attended the Africa Regional Conference at Speke Resort and Conference Centre, Wavamunno Road, Kampala.

His Royal Highness this afternoon presented awards to young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in the Award, at Uganda Wildlife Education Center, Plot 56-57 Lugard Avenue, Entebbe.

The Duke of Edinburgh later departed from Entebbe International Airport for the United Kingdom.
