How does Harry act around the paparazzi? Do you think he has matured, or do you think he's regressing?

If people can look closely, Harry was trying to convince the guy of jumping in the pool with him. And he tried to pinky promise that he would do it, if the guy did also. He never gave that guy the finger. Seriously, people. If that is Harry's middle finger, then it is very small.
