After the Her Royal Highness was removed from her, how soon did Diana, Princess of Wales, resign her patronages of some charities?

@LouisFerdinand - Against the advice of her staff  Diana resigned the majority of her patronages the next day but kept  six that were especially important to her.

She did get some heat for it, but It was more in line with what she saw her post royal life to be. I think the landmine campaign showed what she had in mind vs. plaque ceremonies and trite engagements like the other royals, had she lived, wed have seen so much more.

Yes, once Diana was no longer considered a working member of the BRF she'd have more flexibility when it came to choosing the causes that she wished to represent and could do so without the boundaries and limitations that are set upon BRF members by the court and the British government.

Princess Diana was Patron or President of over 100 charities.   
She was the patron of Centerpoint from 1992 to 1997.   
She was the patron of English National Ballet from 1989 to 1997.   
She was the patron of British Deaf Association and National Children's Orchestra.
