Why are there FAQ's on Harry, Kate and Chelsy (and others), but no FAQ on William?

I remember seeing one when I joined about a year back but it has disappeared now :blink:

maybe it was "unsticked" by mistake and got lost :hmm: :shrug:

Why are the picture threads locked? It discourages people from submitting them here, even if they have some. Just an observation.

When the picture threads were unlocked, people were posting comments, etc in them and that is not what they are for. There are general picture threads for pictures and comments, but the permanent ones are for pictures only. Also, most mods/admins try to put the pictures in their photobucket accounts before posting them into the permanent threads, that way the links will always work.
