In cut and paste text from articles, quotation marks and apostrophes appear as question marks.  Is the problem with my system or the forum?

Yes, Mike it does appear that way for me as well at times, especially if I'm taking something from the archives to post. I've noticed it happens on other forums as well, so I don't think it's restricted to RIF.

Hmm, I thought it was just me since I recently had an iOS update that made other wacky things happen. I?ll see if google can turn anything up...

iOS- settings > General > keyboard

Then turn off "smart punctuation"

That's what google turned up and so far (one test) it has seemed to work.
